Regional Head Sales –Hyderabad and Coastal AP


The company(a Japanese MNC firm) was established in the year 2007 in India. Being a firm believer in the India Growth Story, the company has invested in a manufacturing facility located at SriCity, in Andhra Pradesh, about 70 Kms from the city of Chennai. This Factory commenced production in 2011 and has since grown in production capacity and range of Models .There are total 17 offices and 29 dealers. The turnover in 2016/2017 is Rs 1000 crore and this year plans to grow at 20 to 25%.

Position:Regional Head Sales –Hyderabad and Coastal AP
Based out of Hyderabad.
Experience : 15-20 years

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. - Mechanical

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensuring all the sales deliverables are met,
· Dealer development/Management
· Overall Management of territory in sales and marketing
· Periodical visit to the client to maintain great relationship
· Achieve sales plans by implementing sales & marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results. Establish sales objectives by forecasting, Projecting expected sales volume for products.
· Develop and maintain productive customer relationships
· Maintain & grow sales from existing customers and develop new customers on regular basis
· Implement application focused solution selling and negotiations
· Execute field sales action plans to develop excellent customer relationships
· Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by analyzing industry/customer trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
· Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
· Develop and implement incentive/rebate programs to achieve sales & profits goals
· Achieve payment collection targets
· Scheduling and assigning operational duties to employees and drive the work results
· Active role in sales staff recruitment, orientation and training and coaching
· Planning, monitoring and appraising job results of sales staff.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge of self and team by regular application engineering trainings, participation in industry seminars, workshops, review professional publications, establish personal network
· Develop sales teams and achieve sales plans
· Relationships development
