Area Sales Manager For Western UP with a Japanese OEM

Description

Achieve sales plans by implementing sales & marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting, Projecting expected sales volume for products
Develop and maintain productive customer relationships
Maintain & grow sales from existing customers and develop new customers on regular basis
Implement application focused solution selling and negotiations
Execute field sales action plans to develop excellent customer relationships
Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by analyzing industry/customer trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
Develop and implement incentive/rebate programs to achieve sales & profits goals
Achieve payment collection targets
Scheduling and assigning operational duties to employees and drive the work results
Active role in sales staff recruitment, orientation and training and coaching
Planning, monitoring and appraising job results of sales staff
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of self and team by regular application ,engineering trainings, participation in industry seminars, workshops, review professional publications, establish personal network
Develop sales teams and achieve sales plans
Relationships development

Work collaboratively with technical team Diploma in Engineering or B(Tech) in Mechanical Engineering 8 to 12 years
